Deck overview

This Rakdos deck centers on Blim, Comedic Genius to execute a classic Bad Gifts strategy. The primary objective is to cast detrimental permanents that possess catastrophic drawbacks, then donate them to opponents via Blim's combat damage trigger or alternate enablers like Harmless Offering and Fateful Handoff. Once opponents control permanents they do not own, Blim forces them to discard cards and lose life on every combat connection, stripping their resources while shutting down their capabilities with cards like Steel Golem and Aggressive Mining. Supported by efficient mana rocks, free redirection protection, and flexible spot removal, the deck maintains steady tempo while disrupting opposing strategies. Backup threats such as Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos and Xantcha, Sleeper Agent ensure independent table pressure if Blim faces heavy resistance, leading to a compounding attrition victory across successive turn cycles.
