Deck overview

This is a Mardu go-wide tokens deck helmed by Caesar, Legion's Emperor. The plan is simple and brutal: flood the board with creature tokens, attack every turn, and convert those attacks into more bodies, cards, and direct damage via Caesar's modal trigger. Token doublers (Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, Elspeth, Storm Slayer) and attack-doublers (Isshin, Two Heavens as One, Roaming Throne) turn modest swings into overwhelming boards. Primary wins come from combat damage amplified by haste tokens and double strike (Neyali, Suns' Vanguard), Caesar's "damage equal to tokens" mode, and ping/drain engines like Impact Tremors, Agate Instigator, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, and Mirkwood Bats. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through raw board presence, attack triggers, and attrition. Caesar is a powerful command-zone engine (draw, tokens, and reach) but the 99 is stacked with independent token producers, so the strategy survives his absence.
