Counter Intelligence - Upgraded by user4709217

Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind leads a Jeskai artifact-counter deck built to profit from its haste and 'becomes tapped' trigger. The primary plan is to deploy cheap artifacts, tap Kilo every turn-by attacking or with Springleaf Drum/Relic of Legends-and proliferate charge, +1/+1, and poison counters. Counter payoffs such as Magistrate's Scepter, Lux Artillery, All Will Be One, and Inkmoth Nexus convert those counters into extra turns, damage, and poison. The secondary path is an artifact go-wide finish with Cyberdrive Awakener, backed by Shorikai and Jhoira for card flow. Alibou and Inspirit are support engines; there is no true hidden commander.
