This mono-blue control deck uses Bruvac the Grandiloquent to convert mill spells into lethal win conditions. Bruvac replaces every instance of opponent milling with double that amount, turning half-library mill cards into instant library wipes. The primary game plan deploys Bruvac on Turn 3, secures the table with defensive tools like Propaganda and counterspells, and tutors for Maddening Cacophony. Casting Maddening Cacophony with kicker empties all opponents' libraries simultaneously, causing them to lose on their subsequent draw steps. Redundant single-target finishers like Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, and Terisian Mindbreaker provide reliable backup elimination lines.
