Deck overview

This is a mono-white go-wide tokens deck built around The Queen of Dale. She is a two-mana recruit engine: whenever an opponent casts their first noncreature spell each turn, you loot, and a nonland discard mints a 1/1 Human Soldier. Those tokens and discards feed ETB-draw (Welcoming Vampire, Enduring Innocence, Tocasia's Welcome, Caretaker's Talent), a discard payoff in Monument to Endurance, and a graveyard plan (Sun Titan, Serra Paragon, Redress Fate, On Wings of Gold). The actual win is combat. Flood the board, then convert the swarm with Divine Visitation, Exalted Sunborn, Cathars' Crusade, or one Moonshaker Cavalry swing. A land-advantage package (Land Tax, Archaeomancer's Map, Crucible of Worlds, Felidar Retreat) keeps mana high and makes extra bodies. The Queen is the loot/token trigger that greases every plan, but she is trivial to recast and the 99 can still assemble the combat kill without her.
