Deck overview

This deck is a four-color hybrid built around Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix and Tymna the Weaver. Its primary strategy focuses on assembling the format-defining Thassa's Oracle combo with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact as early as Turn 3. Backed by elite fast mana including Mox Diamond, Mana Vault, and Sol Ring, along with unconditional tutors like Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor, the deck rapidly achieves its win conditions. However, the 99 diverges significantly from dedicated competitive builds by incorporating symmetrical group-hug card draw engines like Kami of the Crescent Moon and Kwain, Itinerant Meddler, alongside an infect-equipment package centered on Kosei, Penitent Warlord. The deck features almost no reactive interaction, containing zero instant counterspells or removal spells, making it a pure proactive race that relies on silence effects like Voice of Victory to protect its closing turns.
