Deck overview

This is a Rakdos goblin-tribal sacrifice deck helmed by Ares, God of War, built around generating a wide board of tokens, converting them into mana and card advantage through sacrifice outlets, and closing the game with drain effects or explosive combat steps. The commander's return-to-hand trigger on attacking creatures dying creates a powerful engine: attack with value creatures, sacrifice them for mana or triggers, and replay them for more value. The deck's primary win conditions are Mirkwood Bats and Sling-Gang Lieutenant drain loops, Exsanguinate for a big life swing, and Combat Celebrant/Great Train Heist extra-combat chains powered by treasure. Secondary plans include Krenko, Mob Boss going wide with Skirk Prospector and Brightstone Ritual for explosive mana, and Rise of the Dark Realms as a mass-reanimation finisher. The deck is a value-engine build that rewards careful sequencing of sacrifice triggers.
