Deck overview

Thranduil the Strategist leads a Simic Elf landfall deck whose primary plan is to chain extra land drops and token-generating landfall effects until an Overwhelming Stampede or Beorn's Hospitality turns a wide board lethal. A secondary path cheats multiple creatures into play with Earth's Mightiest Heroes, while Flora Colossus and Mirkwood Pathmaker serve as giant single finishers. Thranduil's role is engine: he makes other Elves tap for G/U and creates a token on every landfall; both roles are also supplied by Thranduil, Sindarin Liege and Elfsworn Giant, so there is no hidden commander. The deck aims to overwhelm through volume and trample rather than combo.
