Prismari Storm by TheRuneeternal

Format: Commander

Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck is built around Prismari, the Inspiration, leveraging its storm ability to turn a chain of instants and sorceries into a game-ending volley. The primary plan involves deploying cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer and Stormcatch Mentor, generating explosive mana through rituals (Pyretic Ritual, Seething Song, Mana Geyser), then chaining draw spells and rituals to build a high storm count before finishing with a copied X-spell such as Comet Storm or Electrodominance. The deck also includes prepared creatures (Emeritus of Conflict, Blazing Firesinger) that can copy key spells, and recursion via Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy and Wisdom of Ages to reuse its best effects. While the commander is the primary storm engine, Thousand-Year Storm provides a backup, and the deck can pivot to value plays with Archmage Emeritus and Arcanis the Omnipotent.
