Deck overview

This deck is a White-Blue Combo-Control strategy helmed by Kwain, Itinerant Meddler. It uses group-hug elements to lower table threat perception, accelerate game velocity, and guarantee consistent land drops. Behind this friendly facade, the deck establishes pillowfort defenses and taxation pieces like Ghostly Prison, Overburden, and Drannith Magistrate to deter aggressive creature decks. Once sufficient mana and pieces are assembled, the deck pivots into compact infinite combos: Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal or Mind Over Matter combined with Kwain or Temple Bell. These loops draw the pilot's entire library, generate surplus mana, and close the game immediately via Laboratory Maniac or mandatory table-wide mill. High-impact protection spells like Grand Abolisher and Silence ensure the winning turn executes through opposing interaction.
