Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius combat synergy build led by Denzilore Fatehold. It converts continuous scry and surveil actions into rapid, team-wide +1/+1 counters. The early game establishes low-cost utility creatures and card filtering engines such as Faerie Seer, Sigiled Starfish, and Proctor of Potential. Using the commander's flash ability, Denzilore Fatehold enters at the end of an opponent's turn 4, avoiding sorcery-speed removal and enabling immediate offensive scaling on turn 5. The mid-game accelerates counter growth through repeatable scry engines, cantrips, and combat triggers. Evasion enablers like Herald of Secret Streams, Abzan Falconer, or an asymmetric reset via Wave Goodbye create an unblockable alpha strike on turn 6. The deck closes out the game by eliminating opponents over successive turns through evasive combat pressure, backed by low-cost protection spells like Loran's Escape and Gods Willing that shield the board while triggering additional counters.
