Deck overview

This Jeskai list is a spell-slinging legendary-Wizard combo deck built around Gandalf, Party Guest. The primary plan is to land two or more additional legendary Wizards so Gandalf's combat trigger free-casts a large instant or sorcery every turn, converting those casts into card draw, tokens, and damage through Alania, Archmage Emeritus, Talrand, and Guttersnipe. The main win is a copy-spell loop: Baral's Expertise plus Dualcaster Mage and Naru Meha, or Alania plus Expansion // Explosion and Twincast. Extra-turn spells and a Wizard-beatdown backup can close when the combo is stopped. Gandalf of the Secret Fire and the Alisaie/Alphinaud partners act as hidden engines for recursion and card advantage.
