This deck is a Dimir combo-control build commanded by Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator. Its primary game plan is to assemble the two-card infinite combo of Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. With nonland mana sources producing at least two mana, this combination creates infinite untap triggers. Using Vohar's tap ability between untaps allows you to draw and discard through your deck, draining all opponents to zero life by discarding instants and sorceries, or generating infinite mana to cast a game-ending Exsanguinate. The deck relies on a dense network of 2-CMC transmute cards and artifact tutors to find its combo pieces consistently by turn 4. A broad suite of one-mana counterspells and efficient removal protects the combo and disrupts opposing strategies. If the main artifact combo is disrupted, alternative win conditions such as Doomsday and Divining Witch pairing with Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries provide resilient backup routes.
