Format: Commander

Commander: Ms. Bumbleflower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ms. Bumbleflower is a group-hug value deck that parleys every spell into +1/+1 counters, flying, and extra draws. The primary path is to cast Bumbleflower early, then play two or more cheap spells each turn so the second trigger draws two cards; grow a single creature into a one-shot attacker, usually with Kalonian Hydra doubling counters, and/or fuel Simic Ascendancy. The hidden engine is Heliod, the Warped Eclipse, whose back face discounts spells and grants flash after opponents draw from the hugs; its front face recurs enchantments. Backup wins use no-maximum-hand size with Laboratory Maniac/Jace, Psychosis Crawler, Twenty-Toed Toad, or Triskaidekaphile. The commander is important but not essential; the deck can pivot to hand-size/library wins if she is answered.
