Deck overview

This Simic deck leverages Zimone, Mystery Unraveler to cheat massive game-ending permanents into play by exploiting double landfall triggers. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through ramp spells, exploration effects, and land-fetching lands. Once Zimone is deployed, the first land entry manifests dread, turning the top card of the library into a face-down 2/2 creature. A second land entry in the same turn flips that permanent face up for free. The deck uses topdeck manipulation tools such as Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and Brainstorm, alongside Scroll of Fate, to ensure that high-cost bombs like Blightsteel Colossus, Worldspine Wurm, Omniscience, and Koma, Cosmos Serpent are placed face down and flipped early. The midgame converts this massive mana and board advantage into lethal combat steps, closing games via trample damage amplified by Craterhoof Behemoth, Unnatural Growth, and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, backed by flexible countermagic and protective spells.
