Deck overview

This is a midrange snow-control deck led by Jorn, God of Winter. Its central plan is to use Jorn's attack trigger to untap snow permanents while Stasis, Static Orb, or Winter Orb restricts opposing untaps. The strongest line is Jorn plus Stasis and a haste Equipment such as Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots. That line can create severe asymmetric attrition around turn 6, but it is not a total lock because opponents keep access to already-untapped resources and can still cast spells or remove the pieces. Ramp and tutors are good for a general-power deck, and the list has broad interaction, but card flow is inconsistent at the main assembly point. Its finish is also incomplete: large snow creatures, Marit Lage's Slumber, Dark Depths, and Overwhelming Stampede are possible payoffs, yet no single route is reliably assembled after the lock. The deck therefore excels more at delaying and constraining the table than at producing a compact win.
