Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Raffine, Scheming Seer spearheads an aggressive Esper tempo deck that transitions into graveyard reanimation and lethal activated-ability combos. Early turns focus on deploying low-cost evasive threats to maximize Raffine's connive trigger, rapidly looting through the library while growing an intimidating board. The primary win condition assembles Necrotic Ooze on the battlefield alongside Phyrexian Devourer and Walking Ballista or Triskelion in the graveyard, allowing you to exile your library for counters and deal lethal direct damage to all opponents. Alternatively, the deck closes games through aggressive combat damage fueled by stacked counters, token swarms from Felisa and Myrel, and recurring value engines.
