Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Voltron and combat-theft deck built around Kotis, the Fangkeeper. Kotis features built-in indestructible and an explosive combat trigger that exiles cards equal to combat damage dealt and casts any number of them with mana value X or less for free. The deck accelerates into Kotis on Turn 3 using dense 1–2 CMC ramp like Wild Growth and Farseek, then equips or enchants Kotis on Turn 4 with cheap power buffs such as Invigorate, Rancor, and Inquisitor's Flail. When Kotis connects, it floods the board with stolen spells while putting opponents on a lethal commander damage clock. Board wipes like Culling Ritual, Deadly Tempest, and Decree of Pain act as asymmetric board clears that wipe opposing blockers while leaving indestructible Kotis intact to finish players off across Turns 5 through 7.
