Format: Commander

Commander: Loot, the Key to Everything

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Loot is the engine of a Temur cast-from-exile deck. The primary plan is to keep Loot alive, maximize its upkeep X by controlling several nonland permanent types, and then cheat through a flood of cards exiled by Loot and other exile engines. Secondary paths are creature combat, usually with Desert Were-Worm granting an extra combat, and a fragile Last Chance kill once a lethal board is already set up. There is no hidden double-faced commander in the command zone; the deck is built around Loot's only face. Passionate Archaeologist gives Loot a secondary damage angle, but most wins still come from attacking with haste-enabled boards.
