Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Simic midrange engine commanded by Jackal, Genius Geneticist. The strategy revolves around curving creature spells that match Jackal's growing power, creating nonlegendary token copies of each cast creature while steadily increasing Jackal's +1/+1 counters. Dense 1- and 2-mana acceleration enables early deployment of Jackal on Turn 2, followed immediately by duplicated mana dorks and value creatures on Turn 3. The deck leverages token doublers like Parallel Lives and Adrix and Nev, Twincasters alongside explosive +1/+1 counter engines like Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Kami of Whispered Hopes, and Innkeeper's Talent. Win conditions include an overwhelming combat alpha strike powered by Craterhoof Behemoth or Ouroboroid, an alternate victory via Biovisionary duplicated through Jackal or Rite of Replication, and Simic Ascendancy. Interactive spells such as Cyclonic Rift, Heroic Intervention, and Wave Goodbye protect the wide board and clear opposing blockers.
