Deck overview

This mono-black Zombie Tribal Aristocrats deck is led by Ghoulcaller Gisa. It focuses on accumulating high-power Zombie creatures and sacrificing them to Gisa to double their power into 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck features deep tribal synergy, combining anthem lords such as Death Baron, Cemetery Reaper, and Undead Warchief with aristocrat drain engines like Ayara, First of Locthwain, Vengeful Dead, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Graveyard recursion packages including Gravecrawler, Lord of the Undead, and Zul Ashur, Lich Lord ensure long-term grind potential and resilience against opposing removal. With steady on-curve mana ramp and scaling card draw from Undead Augur and Cryptbreaker, the deck reliably establishes an active token engine by Turn 5 and presents lethal combat or drain pressure by Turn 6, closing out the game across the table by Turn 8.
