Deck overview

This mono-white aggressive stax deck leverages Skrelv, Defector Mite to execute a fast, focused poison strategy. The game plan opens with low-cost toxic creatures and token producers like Crawling Chorus, Jawbone Duelist, and Skrelv's Hive, applying early poison counters across opponents. Skrelv's activated ability grants targeted hexproof and evasion, ensuring combat connections through opposing blockers. To protect this lead and stifle faster combo decks, the list deploys asymmetric Rule of Law pieces including Archon of Emeria, Phyrexian Censor, and Drannith Magistrate. Because the deck operates on low-mana Phyrexian spells and activated abilities, it naturally breaks parity under these restrictions. Proliferate engines like Grateful Apparition and Metastatic Evangel steadily tick up poison counters on all players. Board wipes such as Sunfall and White Sun's Twilight clear opposing battlefields while preserving or replacing your own Phyrexian board state, enabling a coordinated lethal finish by Turn 8.
