Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Spellslinger Voltron list built around Kotis, the Fangkeeper. The central game plan accelerates Kotis onto the battlefield by Turn 3 using low-cost green ramp. Once in play, the deck leverages Kotis's built-in Indestructible keyword alongside unblockable auras like Aqueous Form and cheap, explosive pump spells like Might of the Nephilim, Invigorate, and Phytoburst. When Kotis connects for combat damage, its combat trigger exiles that many cards from the defending player's library and casts all hit spells with mana value X or less without paying their mana costs. This engine converts aggressive commander damage into overwhelming free card velocity and board presence stolen directly from opponents. A dense suite of 1-mana instant hexproof and protection spells safeguards Kotis from targeted exile removal, allowing the deck to close out the game through sequential commander damage knockouts by Turn 7.
