Deck overview

Jin-Gitaxias is a mono-blue combo-control deck. The primary plan is to assemble an infinite-mana engine-Grand Architect plus Pili-Pala, or Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal-then win with Walking Ballista or by drawing the library into Laboratory Maniac/Jace. The commander's front face is a draw engine that feeds the back-face saga; once flipped, The Great Synthesis draws cards, bounces non-Phyrexians, and lets you cast spells for free, often to set up or finish the combo. The deck is built to use the front face first and the saga as a payoff, but it can function entirely without the commander through its tutor-heavy combo lines. There is no separate hidden commander; Laboratory Maniac and Jace fill an alternate win-condition role.
