Deck overview

This mono-red Commander deck is built around Lathliss, Dragon Queen, focusing on dragon tribal synergy, mana acceleration, and high-impact aerial combat. The game plan centers on using early cost reducers like Dragonspeaker Shaman and mana rocks to deploy Lathliss on Turn 5, followed by heavy Dragons that trigger her ability to flood the board with 5/5 flying tokens. Direct-damage payoffs such as Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Warstorm Surge turn creature deployment into immediate board removal and player burn. While the deck boasts immense mid-game pressure and solid one-sided board wipes like Breath Weapon, it operates with minimal stack interaction and lacks board protection against mass exile or destruction effects.
