Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Dragon tribal and reanimator midrange strategy led by Rivaz of the Claw. Rivaz acts as both a dedicated mana engine and a repeatable graveyard outlet, allowing the deck to accelerate out massive Dragon threats ahead of curve and replay them after removal. The strategy blends stompy aerial combat with enter-the-battlefield burn engines like Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Dragon Tempest. Card filtering through looting spells helps sculpt hands and seed the graveyard for mass reanimation blowouts using Living Death and Patriarch's Bidding. The deck features powerful asymmetric board control via Crux of Fate and strong free interaction in Deflecting Swat. While it lacks infinite combos, it delivers consistent mid-game pressure and finishes tables through overwhelming combat damage and direct burn by Turn 7.
