Deck overview

This mono-blue deck uses Neerdiv, Devious Diver to convert graveyard mechanics into card advantage and self-mill velocity. Early turns focus on establishing 2-CMC artifact acceleration to deploy Neerdiv on Turn 3. Starting on Turn 4, casting spells with flashback, unearth, and jump-start triggers Neerdiv to draw cards and grow larger. The primary win condition is an infinite loot combo using Aphetto Alchemist and Unctus, Grand Metatect, which draws the entire library to win immediately with Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac. Alternatively, the deck drains opponents with Psychosis Crawler, mills the table with Psychic Corrosion, or attacks with a large, evasive commander. Efficient countermagic and 1-mana protection spells defend key permanents throughout execution.
