Deck overview

This is a Grixis big-spell, exile-casting deck helmed by Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge. The plan is to ramp into expensive instants and sorceries, exile them with Jeleva and supporting engines, then cast them for free-stacking storm, cascade, and "cast from exile" damage triggers into a decisive turn. Primary wins are extra-turn locks (Panoptic Mirror imprinting a time walk, or chaining Time Warp, Temporal Manipulation, Capture of Jingzhou, Nexus of Fate, Time Stretch, and Expropriate), storm finishes (Mind's Desire, Prismari, the Inspiration), and ping payoffs (Passionate Archaeologist, Keeper of Secrets, Nico Minoru, Runaway, Vivi Ornitier). Secondary lines include overloaded Mizzix's Mastery, Enter the Infinite, and Dragon/storm piles. Jeleva is a strong enabler but not required; the 99 contains redundant exile-cast and combo engines, so the deck still executes without her.
