Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Sphinx tribal midrange strategy piloted by The Ur-Sphinx. From the command zone, the commander provides a passive Eminence discount of {1} to all Sphinx spells. The early game focuses on deploying mana rocks and cost reducers to cast powerful Sphinxes ahead of curve. On Turn 4 or 5, central engines like Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign or Consecrated Sphinx establish overwhelming card velocity.
