Deck overview

This mono-blue midrange deck is commanded by Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, focusing on extracting compounding value from enters-the-battlefield abilities through repeatable end-step blinks. In the opening turns, the deck deploys efficient utility creatures that generate flying Thopter, Squid, and Bird tokens, draw cards, or bounce opposing permanents. Once Thassa is cast on Turn 4, she immediately triggers each turn cycle at zero additional mana cost, steadily compounding board presence and card advantage. The deck controls the battlefield through repeatable bounces with Barrin, Tolarian Archmage and Aether Channeler, and can permanently steal opposing creatures using Chamber of Manipulation. In the late game, the deck pivots into a decisive win condition by transforming its wide token board into lethal flying Dragon armies using Day of the Dragons or Shadow Puppeteers, supported by isolated extra turns and an infinite mana loop via Palinchron and High Tide.
