Deck overview

An Izzet spellslinger build helmed by Vivi Ornitier, who acts as both a self-growing mana engine and a global pinger: every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on her, deals 1 damage to each opponent, and she taps once per turn for U/R equal to her power. The core loop is to establish token makers and magecraft payoffs - Young Pyromancer, Third Path Iconoclast, Talrand, Sky Summoner, Electrostatic Field - then load damage amplifiers (Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Artist's Talent, Thor, Asgard's Avenger) and chain instants/sorceries into one explosive turn, fueled by Vivi's mana, rituals like Electro, Assaulting Battery and Molten-Core Maestro, and draw engines such as Archmage Emeritus and Big Score. Wins come from pinger reach burning all three opponents simultaneously, Chandra's Ignition or Epic Experiment one-shot turns, token-army combat cleanup, or Temporal Trespass extra turns. Veyran, Voice of Duality and Lier, Disciple of the Drowned serve as secondary commanders. There are no tutors - this is a pure card-value pile that lives and dies by drawing its best spells.
