Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal aristocrats strategy led by Ghoulcaller Gisa. It focuses on developing synergistic Zombie creatures in the early turns, establishing token multipliers and card-advantage engines, and using Gisa to convert large creatures and recurring fodder into overwhelming boards of 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck pairs token combat with aristocrat drain triggers from cards like Ayara, First of Locthwain, Vengeful Dead, and Bontu's Monument, alongside burst life loss from Gray Merchant of Asphodel. While it maintains exceptional creature suppression through edicts, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, and Noxious Ghoul, its gameplan operates at standard casual timing without fast mana acceleration or instant-speed tutors, remaining susceptible to artifact-based combos and well-timed creature sweepers.
