Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Rakdos spellslinger strategy led by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. The early game focuses on deploying cheap Wizard pingers and noncreature spells to amass Wizard tokens. Kuja transforms into Trance Kuja once you assemble four Wizards, doubling all damage dealt by Wizards to opponents and permanents. The deck converts card velocity and mana rituals like Mana Geyser and Storm-Kiln Artist into devastating burn turns. Redundant damage multipliers and burn engines such as Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Fated Firepower allow you to shred all three life totals simultaneously in a single flurry of spells.
