adamaro - group hug in hand burn by enderwiggin101

Format: Commander

Commander: Adamaro, First to Desire

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Adamaro, First to Desire is a mono-red group-draw punish deck. Its primary plan forces opponents to draw extra cards with Howling Mine, Temple Bell, Otherworld Atlas and wheels, making Adamaro a 7/7 to 13/13 that closes with evasion (Whispersilk Cloak, Rogue's Passage, Swiftfoot Boots) or direct damage (Fling, Thud, Soul's Fire, Chandra's Ignition). Secondary paths win without combat through hand-size punishers like Razorkin Needlehead, Scrawling Crawler, Black Vise, Iron Maiden and Stormbreath Dragon. Adamaro is the central damage engine but not a combo piece. Hidden commanders are Razorkin Needlehead and Scrawling Crawler, which turn every forced draw into direct damage and provide a win even when Adamaro is removed.
