Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger and Wizard-tribal burn list commanded by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. Kuja generates 0/1 Wizard tokens on your end step that deal 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell. Once you control four Wizards, Kuja transforms into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied, doubling all damage dealt by your Wizards. The primary game plan curves into Kuja on Turn 3 or 4, rapidly reaches the four-Wizard threshold using tokens and cheap Wizard creatures, and unleashes flurries of low-cost instants and sorceries on Turns 6 through 8 to burn the entire table down simultaneously. The deck benefits from high synergy where its removal and card draw double as direct burn triggers. However, it relies heavily on keeping fragile creature tokens on the battlefield across multiple turns and has limited protection against board sweepers.
