Pretty Colors by DG9

Format: Commander

Commander: Saruman of Many Colors

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This control deck uses Saruman of Many Colors to generate massive card and mana advantages from opponents' graveyards. The primary game plan mills opposing libraries with cards like Mesmeric Orb, Ruin Crab, and Fractured Sanity while controlling the board with efficient removal and counterspells. Casting two spells per turn triggers Saruman to steal high-impact instants, sorceries, and enchantments. The deck wins either by an infinite damage loop pairing an active Bloodchief Ascension with The Master of Lake-town, one-shot milling an opponent using Bruvac the Grandiloquent with Jidoor's Overture adventure, or casting mass reanimation like Rise of the Dark Realms.
