This deck leverages Dr. Eggman as a resilient Grixis attrition engine and cost-cheating enabler. By deploying the commander on Turn 4, you establish an immediate advantage on your end step by drawing an extra card and forcing every opponent to choose between discarding a card or allowing you to put a Construct, Robot, or Vehicle directly onto the battlefield.
