Deck overview

This is a turbo-X-spell combo deck built around Zaxara, the Exemplary. The primary plan is to ramp into an infinite-mana loop (usually an untap Aura on Zaxara or a mana creature; sometimes Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact) and then convert all that mana into a lethal Walking Ballista, Exsanguinate, or Torment of Hailfire. Zaxara doubles as early ramp and a payoff by turning every X spell into a colossal Hydra. A secondary plan uses Unbound Flourishing, Mana Reflection, and large Finale/Genesis Wave turns to win through huge trampling creatures. The deck has many redundant engines but little stack interaction, so it races rather than controls. No hidden commander-Zaxara is the central engine.
