Just Hoppin Around by bananaboiiiqt

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Kwain deck forces the table to draw together and then wins when that drawing becomes lethal. It fills the board with group-hug draw effects like Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Temple Bell and Folio of Fancies, taxes the extra draws with Smothering Tithe and Rhystic Study, and closes with Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Psychosis Crawler drains. Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal gives infinite mana and untaps, while Approach of the Second Sun offers a spell-based backup. Kwain acts as a cheap repeatable draw engine and Mind Over Matter outlet; the hidden engine is Mind Over Matter with Folio/Temple Bell and Smothering Tithe that turns any draw into mana and decking.
