Commander: Zimone, Infinite Analyst

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Simic deck uses Zimone, Infinite Analyst to discount and grow X spells into large Hydras and Fractals. Zimone reduces the first X spell each turn by her counters and adds two counters when you cast it, so each X spell makes the next cheaper and larger. Counter doublers like Hardened Scales, Kami of Whispered Hopes, and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire turn those counters into explosive growth, while draw engines such as Hydroid Krasis and Finale of Revelation refill your hand. Without an infinite combo, you win by attacking with oversized Hydras like Primo, the Unbounded and Goldvein Hydra, supported by copy effects like Doppelgang and Owlin Spiralmancer. The plan is fair, mana-hungry, and combat-focused.
