Sultai by user5799618

Format: Commander

Commander: Kotis, the Fangkeeper

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai (BUG) Voltron/mill hybrid helmed by Kotis, the Fangkeeper. The core strategy is to make Kotis unblockable and large through equipment, auras, soulbond creatures, and scavenge counters, then trigger his combat-damage ability to exile a chunk of an opponent's library and cast spells from among them for free. The deck also includes a dedicated mill subtheme with cards like Traumatize, Fractured Sanity, and Jace, Memory Adept as a backup win condition. The commander is the primary engine and threat; without him the deck has no consistent path to victory. The deck lacks interaction and tutors, making it highly dependent on topdecks and the combat step.
