Deck overview

This deck is a 4-color Superfriends control deck commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan focuses on deploying early mana acceleration and asymmetric stax pieces on Turns 1 through 3 to disrupt opponents and protect life totals. On Turn 4, the deck establishes its commander or core engine pieces, utilizing Jace's card selection and loyalty-based polymorph abilities to dig for high-impact threats. By Turn 6, the deck achieves critical onset by assembling multiple complementary planeswalkers alongside force multipliers like Oath of Teferi or Ichormoon Gauntlet. These engines suppress opposing creatures through sweepers like Supreme Verdict and Toxic Deluge while continuously stripping away opposing resources. Opponents are given two response cycles before decisive planeswalker ultimates, such as Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God or Liliana, Dreadhorde General, seal the game on Turn 8.
