Commander: Heliod, Sun-Crowned

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-white lifegain and +1/+1-counter deck built around Heliod, Sun-Crowned, with a hatebear/tax shell to buy time. The engine converts every life-gain event into counters through Heliod, growing Voice of the Blessed, Dusk Legion Duelist, Exemplar of Light, and Elenda's Hierophant into evasive threats while Soul Warden, Guide of Souls, and Auriok Champion keep triggers flowing. Archon of Emeria, Deafening Silence, Drannith Magistrate, and Blind Obedience constrain opponents' spell counts and mana. The primary finishes are an overwhelming flying/lifelink board and Aetherflux Reservoir as an explosive life-total payoff. There are no two-card infinites in the list, so inevitability comes from incremental counters, stax, and a high life total.
