Wolfy deck :3 by Cardiak

Format: Commander

Commander: Chief of the Wilds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Chief of the Wilds leads a Golgari wolf-tribal token deck. The plan is to ramp into the commander, then multiply Wolf-triggered abilities through Chief, Roaming Throne, and Doubling Season while producing a wide board of 2/2 Wolves. The commander's enters trigger turns every Wolf into +1/+1 counters on itself, creating a giant beater. Secondary paths are a token overrun with Return of the Wildspeaker, Banner of Kinship, Garruk's emblem, or an infect finish with Triumph of the Hordes. The deck can also cheat out large non-Humans with Invasion of Ikoria or Howlpack Piper. There is no hidden commander; both faces of DFCs are support pieces.
