NEKUSAR (upgrade) (Copy) by El-Dub

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis combo-control deck uses Nekusar, the Mindrazer to weaponize symmetric card draw against the entire table. The primary plan involves setting up passive damage punishers like Nekusar, Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, or Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, then chaining wheel effects such as Windfall, Wheel of Fortune, and Time Spiral to deal fatal burst damage. Alternative win conditions include granting Nekusar infect via Phyresis or Tainted Strike to eliminate opponents with a single wheel, targeting an opponent with Peer into the Abyss, or chaining storm spells into Brain Freeze after cycling the deck.
