Deck overview

This Selesnya deck, helmed by Sigarda, Font of Blessings, blends a stax/tax shell with an Angel-Human tribal core and a compact two-card infinite combo finish. Sigarda grants hexproof to all other permanents, making the board extremely resilient to targeted removal, while her top-deck library access for Angels and Humans provides steady card advantage and virtual redundancy. The primary plan is to assemble Heliod, Sun-Crowned plus Walking Ballista-Heliod gives Ballista lifelink, then Ballista's own tap ability loops into infinite damage. Backup combat wins come from overrun effects like Akroma's Will and Finale of Devastation alongside huge Angels such as Avacyn, Angel of Hope and Sephara, Sky's Blade. A dense suite of cheap tutors, ramp, and stax pieces (Archon of Emeria, Drannith Magistrate, Thalia, Heretic Cathar) slow opponents while the deck assembles its win.
