Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis graveyard midrange strategy helmed by Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. The early game focuses on deploying Norman Osborn on Turn 2 to establish an unblockable connive engine, sculpting the hand and stocking the graveyard. On Turn 4, Osborn transforms into Green Goblin, granting every discarded nonland card Mayhem with a {2} generic mana cost reduction. The mid-game converts this cost-cheating engine into rapid tempo swings, deploying powerful Villains such as Mysterio, Master of Illusion, Doctor Octopus, Master Planner, and Green Goblin, Nemesis directly from the graveyard. The deck finishes games around Turn 8 through wide combat swings with flying and menace creatures, backed by direct damage from Goblin Bombardment and Shadow of the Goblin. While the list excels at sustained resource grinding, it remains reliant on commander uptime and is vulnerable to mass graveyard exile.
