Deck overview

This is a hyper-aggressive Boros Equipment/Voltron deck built around Lightning, Army of One and his Stagger damage-doubling trigger. The plan is to suit Lightning up with a massive Colossus Hammer or Loxodon Warhammer, give him double strike via Duelist's Heritage, Embercleave, Boros Charm, or Blade Historian, then convert one combat into a 40+ damage kill through Stagger. Extra combat phases from Combat Celebrant and Karlach, Fury of Avernus extend that one-turn kill into a full-table sweep, while Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar lets a single hit on one opponent splash damage to everyone else. The 99 is packed with legendary Equipment-matters creatures - Cloud, Midgar Mercenary, Kassandra, Eagle Bearer, Bruenor Battlehammer, Kemba, Kha Enduring - giving the deck a solid secondary token-beatdown angle if Lightning is answered.
