Deck overview

This Azorius midrange deck is built entirely around The Council of Four. It deploys symmetric draw effects such as Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, and Dictate of Kruphix so every opponent's extra card becomes another card for the Council's controller. That draw volume fuels Psychosis Crawler and Scrawling Crawler, grows Chasm Skulker and Teferi, and creates 2/2 Knights from second spells, usually opponents'. The deck then converts the token army with anthem effects and Moonshaker Cavalry, with Smuggler's Share and instant-speed control smoothing the game. There is no hidden commander; the Council is the engine.
