Kefka's Funhouse

Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kefka, Court Mage is the deck's engine: his enters/combat trigger forces each player to discard, then draws for each card type discarded, feeding a discard-and-big-hand strategy. The deck's secondary plan revolves around drawing huge numbers of cards with wheels (Reforge the Soul, Jace's Archivist, Dark Deal) while Psychosis Crawler, Liliana's Caress, and Psychic Corrosion turn those draws and discards into damage or mill. The transform face, Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, is the late-game kill enabler: with Psychosis Crawler, any draw during your turn begins a lethal chain of life-loss/draw triggers. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to use the front face early and the back face as a finisher.
